What works for you?

Hello World! I am Bryan Rogue. I’m just a regular guy, middle aged and crazy, working on self improvement every day. Family, physical and mental well being, proper diet and exercise, financial goals and life in general are what I focus on. Look up any of these things and you could spend all day reading, chasing a rabbit down a hole. For myself, I’ve learned to narrow it down to what works for me. My posts will focus on these areas.
